Job Description
We are an expanding limousine and wedding car operator based on Anglesey, which in the main covers North Wales, Anglesey, Cheshire and the North West areas. We require chauffeurs for our various stretch limousines and wedding cars. Work is varied, being anything from Weddings to Hen nights and Birthday celebrations to children’s’ parties. Hours are variable throughout the week, but are mainly Friday and Saturday afternoons and evenings into the early hours. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Driver responsibilities include transporting customers/clients from pick up to various destinations – this includes hourly hires or out and return journeys. This position requires flexible working hours, mainly Fridays and Saturday daytime and evenings into the early hours. This position requires an experienced driver (over 25 years old) with excellent customer service and driving skills. Practical skills, including some knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance, can be useful. Applicants should be good at map reading and route planning. Candidates must be reliable and punctual, with good time keeping as clients rely on you to get them to their destination on time. Applicants should be friendly, polite and helpful, with a professional approach to their work. It is important that you are discreet and respect clients’ privacy. Chauffeurs should be of a pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills as we deal with a broad range of customers of all ages and backgrounds. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate initiative as well as being able to work alone and unsupervised or as part of a team. You must be able to deal with emergencies and delays calmly and have a responsible attitude to clients’ safety and security under all circumstances. Applicants must be clean, tidy and smart in appearance at all times as you will be the face of the company to our clients. Candidates are required to assist in keeping the cars clean and tidy prior to and whilst out on hire, and should have a flexible approach to their working environment. Applicants may be required to assist in other duties within the post. Hallmark Limousines Ltd. Operate a Non-Smoking Policy in all of their vehicles. No previous chauffeuring experience required as training will be given, although a full, clean UK driving licence is desirable but not essential. All candidates are required to have a CRB check when commencing employment with the company.
